The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring that the supply chain processes are efficient, cost-effective, and align with the company's business objectives. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with various departments to optimize operations, minimize costs, and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and delivery efficiency.
• Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services at the best possible price.
• Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the logistics and distribution operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. Optimize transportation routes and manage logistics providers.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs associated with holding stock.
• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks. Ensure that the supply chain is resilient and can adapt to changing market conditions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
