Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or large-scale e-commerce supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end linehaul network planning and optimization for Daraz logistics operations, focusing on cost efficiency and scalability.
• Design and implement strategic transportation plans across key trade lanes based on forecasts and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align linehaul strategies with growth plans and seasonal demand.
• Develop dynamic routing and scheduling models using data analytics to improve asset utilization and reduce transit times.
• Partner with carriers and internal teams to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
