Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and achieve business targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships, and understanding the global trade landscape.
