Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is hiring a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager to own engagement after sign-up, activation, onboarding journeys and early-life interventions, and to define lifecycle measurements within an existing framework.

You will lead a small team of lifecycle specialists and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing to turn the framework into day-to-day results and measurable improvements across activation, onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation.

Responsibilities

• Own Stage 2: Activation & Onboarding within the ACE Growth lifecycle.
• Set the activation strategy, journey design and CRM triggers.
• Co-owns cohort targets with Growth; lead a small lifecycle specialists team.
• Collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing to implement the framework.
