Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager to own post-signup customer behavior, from first transaction to ongoing engagement, with a full end-to-end CRM responsibility and loyalty programme oversight. You will lead a small lifecycle team and coordinate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in App Growth or Fintech Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement and lifecycle stage end-to-end.
• Lead ACE's CRM function and build/run the loyalty programme.
• Set lifecycle definitions and measurement models for the Growth team.
• Manage a small team of lifecycle specialists and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing.
