Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is hiring a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager to own how customers behave after they join — activation, engagement, loyalty, and retention. You will run ACE's CRM function end to end, build the loyalty programme, and set lifecycle definitions and measurement models for the Growth team.

You will lead a small lifecycle specialist team and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing to drive measurable outcomes. This is a senior role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in App Growth or Fintech Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement and lifecycle across activation, engagement, loyalty and retention.
• Own ACE's CRM end-to-end, build loyalty programme and lifecycle measurement models.
• Lead a small lifecycle team and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing.
