Growth Department | ACE Money Transfer
LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
REPORTING TO: Head of Growth
DEPARTMENT: Growth
ACE Money Transfer is hiring a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager to own how our customers behave after they join us — how quickly they make their first transaction, how often they send, how long they stay, and how much value they generate over their lifetime.
This is a senior role in a team that already has a defined lifecycle framework, signed KPI targets and an agreed governance model with Marketing. You are not starting from a blank page. You are taking ownership of a framework that exists, making it operate day to day, and pushing the numbers inside it.
You will own the engagement and lifecycle stage in full, own ACE's CRM function end to end, build and run the loyalty programme, and set the lifecycle definitions and measurement models that within which the wider Growth team operates.. You will lead a small team of lifecycle specialists and work closely with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing.
ACE has already done the structural work. The customer lifecycle is mapped into defined stages with named owners, handoff triggers between stages, confirmed 2026 KPI targets, and two governance rules covering the Marketing-Growth boundary. What we need now is someone who can take that framework and make it produce results. If you want to design a lifecycle model from scratch, this is not that role. If you want to run one properly and be measured on whether it works, this is that role, it is.
Scope boundaries within the Growth lifecycle framework
ACE's customer lifecycle is split into three stages with distinct owners. This role owns Stage 2 outright, sets the framework and CRM infrastructure that Stages 1 and 3 operate within, and does not manage the retention contact team.
Scope: Social, performance marketing, paid search, display, affiliate campaigns
CLM Manager role: Not in scope. Receives verified sign-ups at handoff.
Execution owner: Marketing
Scope: Verified sign-up to first transaction. KYC completion, onboarding journeys and early-life interventions.
CLM Manager role: Sets the activation strategy, journey design and CRM triggers. Co-owns cohort targets.
Execution owner: Conversion Optimisation Lead (Growth)
Scope: Active transacting base. Frequency, TPC, corridor depth, IAF referral, loyalty, churn prevention.
CLM Manager role: Full ownership — strategy and execution. This is the core of the role.
Execution owner: CLM Manager
Scope: At-risk saves, cancellation saves, win-back, dormancy and sunset.
CLM Manager role: Sets the framework, definitions, triggers and CRM infrastructure. Does not run the contact team.
Execution owner: Growth General Manager (GGM)
Minimum Graduation.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in App Growth or Fintech Growth.
The Growth General Manager runs Stage 3 execution as a peer and also reports to the Head of Growth. The CLM Manager sets the definitions, thresholds, CRM triggers, and measurement models that Stage 3 uses. The two roles are interdependent and are expected to work as a pair.
