Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager in Lahore to own how customers behave after joining—activation, onboarding, engagement, and long-term value.

You will manage ACE's CRM end-to-end, design loyalty initiatives, and set lifecycle definitions and measurement models. You will lead a small team of lifecycle specialists and partner with Product, Data/BI, Compliance, and Marketing to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in App Growth or Fintech Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and onboarding lifecycle strategy and CRM triggers.
• Lead a small lifecycle team and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing.
• Define lifecycle definitions, thresholds, and measurement models.
• Coordinate across Stage 2 activation to drive engagement and value.
