Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Management Manager in Lahore to own activation, engagement and loyalty programs within the Growth team.

You will manage the CRM infrastructure, define lifecycle KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Data/BI, Compliance and Marketing to drive long-term value from customers. This is a senior, full-time role with a focus on implementing a proven lifecycle framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in app or fintech growth.
• Experience owning CRM and lifecycle programs.
• Ability to set definitions, thresholds and measurement models.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, data/BI, compliance and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own activation, engagement & lifecycle stages end-to-end.
• Define CRM triggers and activation journeys.
• Lead lifecycle analytics and KPI tracking.
• Build and run loyalty programs.
• Lead a small lifecycle team and coordinate with stakeholders.
