Job summary

ACE Money Transfer in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an Acquisition Growth Analyst to own the analytics of our customer acquisition engine. Focus on referral programmes, affiliates, and viral loops, quantifying incremental impact and defending results to leadership.

You will analyze activation, funnel performance, CAC/LTV, and partner success while collaborating with Product, Compliance, and BI. Expect hands-on experimentation in fintech growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation with 2 to 4 years in customer acquisition or growth analytics, fintech/consumer apps preferred.
• Hands-on acquisition funnel management from traffic to activation and first transaction.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition volume, conversion rate, or CAC efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance analysis of referral programmes and affiliate channels.
• Model and monitor unit economics and CAC payback by corridor.
• Design and evaluate incentive structures and measure virality.
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel and identify drop-offs by corridor and channel.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and BI to optimize onboarding and activation.
