Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments across APIs, FTP, and internal systems.
Monitor payment processing to identify delays, failures, or exceptions.
Perform backend payment adjustments to resolve customer and transaction issues.
Process payment cancellations accurately with minimal operational errors.
Follow up on CX tickets ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
Coordinate with departments to investigate and resolve payment issues.
Provide proof of payment for chargebacks and disputes.
Maintain daily reports and ensure data accuracy.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.
Escalate high-risk issues to management promptly.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and controls.
