Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Senior Executive – Operations in Lahore to oversee payment processing, ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions, monitor system activity, and address operational issues in line with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage customer payment requests, review reports, and support KPI achievement while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment processing and remittance operations.
• Knowledge of SLAs, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments via APIs, FTP, and internal systems.
• Monitor payment processing and proactively identify delays or failures.
• Perform backend payment adjustments and updates to resolve issues.
• Process payment cancellations with minimal errors.
• Follow up on CX tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Coordinate with departments to investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
• Provide proof of payment and documentation for chargebacks and disputes.
• Monitor emails and action items to meet required timeframes.
• Monitor recovery transactions and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular system monitoring for delays or technical issues.
• Maintain daily Partner Challenge Report and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.
• Escalate unresolved/high-risk issues promptly.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular operational reports highlighting pending/exception transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Report operational risks and ensure business continuity.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support KPI achievement and quality standards.
