Job summary

Zones is seeking an Operations Specialist - Renewals in Islamabad to support renewal activities, keep data accurate, and generate quotes. You will collaborate with Sales, Licensing Support Specialists, and Licensing Advisors to ensure renewal opportunities are managed efficiently and aligned with business priorities.

The role emphasizes managing renewal data across cycles, preparing BOMs, and supporting process improvements while staying current with publisher programs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting contract renewals, operations, licensing, or sales support functions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
• Experience preparing quotes, BOMs, and renewal-related documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and documentation.
• Interest in staying current with publisher programs, industry trends, and business updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update renewal data across monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal cycles to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Generate renewal quotations in a timely manner to support successful contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in the creation and management of publisher contracts.
• Prepare and provide accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and order-related information to Account Managers.

• Track renewal activities and provide regular status updates, highlighting timelines, risks, and potential challenges.
• Research publisher updates and industry developments to support informed decision-making and renewal planning.
• Create, maintain, and enhance process documentation to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve renewal processes and workflows.

Position Overview

The Operations Specialist - Renewals plays a key role in supporting contract renewal activities by ensuring accurate data management, timely quote generation, and effective coordination with internal teams.
