Job summary

Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced licensed insurance closer to join our US campaign. You will convert warm transfers into confirmed policy sales while ensuring compliance with US telemarketing and insurance regulations.

As a closer, you will handle final expense sales, verify customer banking information, and log activities in our CRM/autodialer. Night shift hours align with US Eastern business hours, and success is measured by targets and ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed closer in US Final Expense or Life insurance.
• Clear, US-client-friendly spoken English.
• Experience with call center or BPO environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm transfers and close Final Expense sales.
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and pricing clearly.
• Verify banking information to process enrolments.
• Log dispositions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM/autodialer.
• Maintain compliance with DNC and US regulations.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Fronting Agents and Supervisor on lead quality.
