PRIME BPO in Saddar Rawalpindi is seeking a confident Senior Business Development Specialist (FE Closer) to close Final Expense sales. This on-site, full-time night-shift role requires strong communication and objection-handling skills.

You will work with a team to meet daily closing targets, leverage uncapped bonuses, and stay compliant with insurance regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Final Expense closing experience.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and stay compliant with regulations.
• Willingness to work full-time night shifts and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by others.
• Overcome objections professionally while staying compliant.
• Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage clearly.
• Process and document closed sales in the CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with verification for smooth handoff and high close rate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets and upsell where appropriate.
