Cass Group Solutions in Karachi is hiring for a full-time, on-site Final Expense sales role that supports outreach and customer engagement for final expense insurance offerings in an outsourcing environment.

You will work night shifts, meet activity and conversion targets, and use approved scripts while maintaining accurate data in CRM and following compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident English and Urdu verbal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective customers through assigned campaigns.
• Explain final expense insurance concepts, eligibility information, and available options accurately.
• Ask effective discovery questions, identify customer needs, and qualify prospects.
• Handle objections respectfully and guide interested customers toward the next step.
• Record outcomes, customer information, and follow‑up actions in company systems.
• Meet assigned activity, quality, attendance, and conversion targets.
• Follow approved scripts, compliance procedures, data-protection standards, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve customer experience and campaign results.

Night shift. Salary: 60,000–250,000 PKR.
