Job summary

Paysys Labs in Karachi is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to deliver first-level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems during assigned shifts.

In this role you will monitor ongoing projects and system performance, provide timely technical assistance, diagnose user-reported problems, and escalate when needed. You’ll collaborate across teams and maintain clear incident records to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Basic familiarity with Linux commands and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting and Jasper Reporting is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.
