Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited seeks a Chief Engineer (Maintenance and Coordination) to provide technical expertise for maintaining compression stations and ensuring reliable operations. The role includes arranging and prioritising material transport for maintenance across departments.

Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, spare parts procurement, bid evaluations, and adherence to HSE SOPs, while supporting TOC and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• PEC registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and productive maintenance of compression stations’ machinery.
• Supervise maintenance and configuration of the compression system.
• Ensure system upgrades to achieve optimum performance.
• Review equipment configuration, maintenance, repairs and replacements.
• Provide support regarding procurement of spares and tools.
• Participate in technical bid evaluations for local/foreign spares.
• Conduct site inspections to verify maintenance quality.
• Provide engineering support to TOC operations.
• Ensure troubleshooting and follow-up investigations per HSE SOPs.
• Develop and implement engineering SOPs and instructions for operations.
