Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking a Chief Engineer – Asset Maintenance & Projects to lead civil maintenance and major projects from planning through completion. The role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery across infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure quality and regulatory standards are met throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate in Civil with at least 9 years of post-qualification experience.
• PEC registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, engineers, and construction staff.
• Co-ordination with Consultants and Contractors for quality and quantity of projects.
• To analyze the requirements and prepare BOQs / Cost estimates.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones and standards of workmanship.
• Monitor and control project costs to meet budgetary constraints.
