Contegris Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive (FEMALE) to join our sales-driven team in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling product demos for the Sales Team.

You will maintain CRM data, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and aim to meet weekly and monthly targets. Required: a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in lead generation or telesales, and strong English and Urdu communication, with proficiency in MS

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or working in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
