Job summary

TalentHue is seeking a Lead Data Analyst – Business Intelligence to oversee CRM data platforms, data warehouse, and BI initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and actionable insights.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design scalable CRM/BI solutions, and govern data quality while maintaining SLAs for daily CRM and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in CRM, data warehouse, or BI systems.
• Strong analytics skills with Python, R, SAS, Scala, or PySpark.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services including Redshift, Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Cognos and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM IT data projects, guidelines, and recommendations.
• Oversee CRM database, data warehouse, loyalty, and campaign management systems.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and availability of enterprise data.
• Develop and maintain UAT testing plans and audit processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Implement scalable CRM and BI solutions aligned with corporate goals.
• Support data hygiene, analytics, segmentation, and customer insights.
• Maintain SLAs for daily CRM and warehouse operations.
• Conduct technical reviews and enforce data governance standards.
• Recommend enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance.
