We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our organization's data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to produce meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Your expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis techniques will be critical in delivering accurate, actionable, and visually compelling reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, manage, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Recommend and implement improvements to data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate custom reports based on stakeholder needs.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working in a data-focused environment using Excel and Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Proficient in designing and building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar tools).
• Strong grasp of data analysis methods, statistical concepts, and data modeling principles.
• Experience in data preparation, cleaning, and validation to maintain high data quality.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with SQL and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
