Job summary

Joblogic is seeking a BI Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will build reports and dashboards, analyze performance, and partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, a SaaS reporting background, and experience with Power BI and HubSpot reporting, plus expertise in AI-enabled analysis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role summary

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to turn raw data into insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Youll build reports and dashboards, analyse business performance, safeguard data quality, and partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, experience in a SaaS environment, and uses AI tools to work faster and raise reporting quality.

Key responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and datasets.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports inPower BI.
• Analyse business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor KPIs across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Investigate discrepancies and run root-cause analysis.
• Document reporting logic, business definitions and data sources.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve reporting processes.
• Support month-end reporting and business reviews.
• UseAI tools(ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or similar) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, generate SQL and troubleshoot.
• Continuously explore AI capabilities to enhance analytics and processes.
