BLUSHA is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Lahore to expand our presence in the city. You will visit salons, connect with owners, and demonstrate Blusha, turning prospects into paying clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client facing roles.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate to close deals.
• Willingness to travel daily within Lahore and surrounding areas.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with target focus.
• Familiarity with basic CRM software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Visit salons across Lahore to introduce Blusha and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct outreach.
• Demonstrate Blusha and explain how it helps manage appointments, clients, staff, sales and operations.
• Follow up with prospects, address concerns, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with onboarding to handover newly acquired salons.
