Job summary

Transsion is seeking a full-time BTL Supervisor based on-site in Lahore to plan, execute, and monitor below-the-line marketing activities. You will coordinate with sales and marketing teams, manage third-party agencies, and ensure consistent brand visibility across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in BTL marketing planning and on-ground brand activation.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors/agencies.
• Ability to collect data, analyze it and report on campaign performance.
• Experience in retail channel management and merchandising oversight.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in FMCG, telecom or consumer electronics field marketing is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site across Lahore with field visits and longer hours during campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor BTL marketing activities, including promotions, roadshows, merchandising and local brand activation.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing teams, manage third-party agencies and promoters, ensuring brand visibility.
• Track campaign performance, collect market feedback and prepare reports to optimize activities and budgets.
• Oversee compliance with guidelines and maintain relationships with retail partners; support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
