Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; present services clearly to diverse audiences.
• Fundamental marketing concepts, audience research, and campaign planning.
• Ability to create and proofread concise promotional content for social media and other channels.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling content, and basic engagement monitoring.
• Organized record-keeping of campaigns, leads, and materials.
• Good research skills, including competitor activity and audience insights.
• Reliable coordination, time management, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Prepare and review promotional content explaining Visa Mentors’ services.
• Research audience needs, market activity, and competitor messaging to inform ideas.
• Support social media and outreach, including scheduling posts and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of campaign performance, leads, and materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, consistent communications.
• Share campaign results and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
