The role requires strong reporting and field analysis, with the ability to hire quality resources for BTL projects and evaluate vendors based on on-ground capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of BTL experience in a reputable FMCG company.
• Proficient in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• BTL activities planning and execution.
• Achieve KPIs and set targets for BTL activities.
• Field audits and back-checking of activation programs.
• Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
• Vendor evaluation based on performance and on-ground capabilities.
• Invoice audit after completion of projects.
• Daily and weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
• Zone and town-wise analysis of projects.
• Liaison with the sales team for area JC planning.
• Competition activity reporting.
