Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an L2 Operations Engineer to provide production support for Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, and Qlik Attunity platforms. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and data replication support in a banking-grade enterprise environment.

You will be responsible for platform administration, batch processing, data pipelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data platforms.
• Experience in L2 production support in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management, RCA, and SLA-driven support.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, and Qlik Attunity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 operational support for Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, and Qlik Attunity platforms in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report refreshes, gateway connectivity, ETL failures, database performance, and replication processes.
• Monitor platform health, system performance, ETL workflows, CDC tasks, data pipelines, and critical batch jobs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support Power BI workspace administration, security, dataset management, and deployment activities.
• Manage SQL Server jobs, SSIS package executions, database maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Monitor and support Qlik Attunity replication tasks, troubleshoot latency and synchronization issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application, Network, and Business teams to resolve cross-functional production incidents.
• Maintain operational procedures, knowledge base articles, incident reports, and problem management documentation.
• Participate in release, migration, patching, and environment upgrade activities.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in L2 production support / operations within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, and Qlik Attunity.
• Good understanding of ETL, data pipelines, CDC, replication, and batch processing.
• Strong SQL Server troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Power BI administration, gateways, datasets, workspaces, and refresh troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Qlik Attunity/Replicate and troubleshooting replication issues.
• Strong experience in incident management, problem management, RCA, and SLA-driven support.
• Experience with production releases, migrations, patching, and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in banking or other large enterprise environments is preferred.
