Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Data Platform / Production Support specialist to monitor and support Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS jobs, and Qlik Attunity replication tasks in a 24x7 rotational environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations and timely incident resolution.

You will perform first-level troubleshooting, health checks, and incident management while coordinating with infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

• Production Support or IT Operations experience.
• Hands-on with Informatica workflows and ETL processes.
• Experience with Cloudera data platforms and replication tools.
• Strong log analysis and incident resolution skills.
• Familiarity with SLAs and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS, and Qlik Attunity tasks.
• Perform first-level triage, restarts, failure recovery, and health checks per SOPs.
• Monitor ETL processes, database jobs, replication tasks, and platform alerts.
• Identify issues and escalate to L2/L3 when needed.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets per SLAs.
• Analyze logs and dashboards to diagnose routine issues.

We are looking for a Data Platform / Production Support professional to monitor and support Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS jobs, and Qlik Attunity replication tasks. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, timely incident resolution, platform availability, and effective production support in a 24x7 rotational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS jobs, and Qlik Attunity replication tasks.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting, incident triage, job restarts, failure recovery, and health checks following established SOPs.
• Monitor ETL processes, database jobs, replication tasks, and platform alerts.
• Proactively identify issues and eliminate them to L2/L3 support teams.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational tickets in accordance with defined SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and monitoring dashboards to diagnose and resolve routine operational issues.
• Maintain operational documentation, shift handover reports, and incident records.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams during incident resolution and production support activities.
• Support data platform availability, ETL execution, and replication processes in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
• Ensure timely communication of critical incidents, service disruptions, and resolution status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and continuous enhancement of support operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Production Support, Data Platform Operations, or IT Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Informatica workflows and ETL processes.
• Experience with Cloudera services and data platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS jobs.
• Experience with Qlik Attunity / Qlik Replicate and data replication.
• Understanding of incident management, service requests, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Ability to perform log analysis, troubleshooting, job monitoring, failure recovery, and health checks.
• Experience working with monitoring tools and operational dashboards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with L2/L3, infrastructure, database, and application teams.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
