Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join the Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team in Karachi. You will manage GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, and data platforms, ensuring secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for analytics workloads.

The role emphasizes Terraform IaC, CI/CD with GitLab/GitHub, and monitoring with Grafana, plus BI tooling support for Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with GCP and AWS, plus Kubernetes/GKE expertise.
• Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud SQL.
• Knowledge of Data Lakehouse governance and Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions; Grafana monitoring.
• BI infra experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• IAM, encryption, networking security, and cloud security practices.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, data platforms, and BI infrastructure. This role will focus on building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure, including GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, EC2, and S3
• Operate and maintain production GKE/Kubernetes environments, including networking, security, scaling, and upgrades
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions
• Support Data Lakehouse architecture, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads
• Maintain and optimize BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI
