Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Data Platform / Production Support specialist to monitor and support Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS jobs, and Qlik Attunity replication tasks in a 24x7 rotational environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations and timely incident resolution.

You will perform first-level troubleshooting, health checks, and incident management while coordinating with infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

Production Support or IT Operations experience.
Hands-on with Informatica workflows and ETL processes.
Experience with Cloudera data platforms and replication tools.
Strong log analysis and incident resolution skills.
Familiarity with SLAs and incident management.

Responsibilities

Monitor Informatica workflows, Cloudera services, SQL Server/SSIS, and Qlik Attunity tasks.
Perform first-level triage, restarts, failure recovery, and health checks per SOPs.
Monitor ETL processes, database jobs, replication tasks, and platform alerts.
Identify issues and escalate to L2/L3 when needed.
Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets per SLAs.
Analyze logs and dashboards to diagnose routine issues.
