Job summary

Flipdish is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Coordinator in Karachi to drive end-to-end onboarding for high-value customers. You will coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth go-lives and clear milestone management.

You will own the onboarding portfolio, communicate milestones and risks, and provide decisive action to unblock dependencies, all while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• You’ll thrive in this role if you have a background in onboarding, customer success, or customer support.
• You understand how to run a structured, milestone-driven process with a defined endpoint and manage ongoing customer relationships.
• Experience managing a large, concurrent portfolio — ideally 5+ accounts at once — in SaaS, hospitality tech, restaurant tech, retail tech, or a fast-moving operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise and high-value customers, from handover through to go-live.
• Manage a concurrent portfolio of onboardings with milestones, dependencies, risks and follow-ups clearly tracked.
• Be the main day-to-day point of contact for customers during onboarding, setting expectations and communicating clearly under pressure.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to unblock issues and keep rollouts moving.
• Translate technical or operational requirements into clear customer-facing updates and translate customer needs back into actionable internal context.
