Qualifications

• At least three years of IT/software sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales cycles independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Conduct outbound sales including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Consult with clients to tailor IT solutions (software, AI automation, web development, digital marketing).
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes for prospective clients.
• Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and track prospects.
• Collaborate with technical/delivery teams for onboarding post-sale.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI automation platforms, Python basics, and web development stacks to advise clients.
