Job summary

VASL is seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter to join our team in Saddar, Punjab. You will source, screen, and engage candidates across diverse roles and industries, coordinate interviews, and build strong pipelines while meeting deadlines.

You will work in a full-time onsite role with regular communication to candidates and hiring managers, gaining exposure to international recruitment and professional growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.
• Experience recruiting for international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates.
• Identify sourcing challenges and explore alternatives.
• Support recruitment from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, including backup candidates.
• Manage multiple open positions while working toward recruitment deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Identify sourcing challenges and explore alternative approaches to attract suitable candidates.
• Support the recruitment process from initial sourcing through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
