Job summary

Cedar Global Solutions in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an Enforcement Supervisor to lead a team of Enforcers handling post-judgment recovery. You will oversee judgments, asset assessment, and enforcement actions across writs and garnishments, ensuring KPI targets are met.

This role requires strong leadership, legal process knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with attorneys and clients to optimize workflows and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant debt-collection experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of post-judgment enforcement processes in the U.S.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and coach a team to meet KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate with attorneys, levying officers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and rebalance accounts to keep WIP and pendency within targets.
• Ensure judgments are final, entered correctly, and enforceable; resolve escalations.
• Oversee skip tracing, asset investigation, and liquidation workflows across all enforcement modes.
• Audit and approve post-judgment filings and correspondence.
• Manage desk backlog and reassign cases for efficiency.
• Coordinate with partner attorneys and levying officers on writs, bank levies, and garnishments.
• Review abstracts of judgment and liens; decide on foreclosure or fraud-transfer actions.
• Maintain awareness of deadlines and enforceability across jurisdictions.
• Hires, trains, and coaches Enforcers; manage scheduling and performance.
• Collaborate with departments to support liquidation and case closure.
