Responsibilities

• Client data processing: enter, validate, and manage client files in case systems.
• Data validation and quality assurance: review balances, debtor info, statuses, and fields.
• Workflow preparation: configure accounts according to rules and proper queue assignment.
• Automation support: prepare files for automation and verify outputs.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain logs and update dashboards/work trackers.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Client Services, Audit, and MIS teams.
