Job summary

Cedar Global Solutions seeks a Litigation Supervisor to lead a team of Litigators handling pre-judgment legal collections. You will ensure performance against KPIs, allocate accounts, and coordinate with attorney partners to move cases from filing to judgment.

The role requires strong process discipline and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include quality auditing, handling escalations, and ensuring accurate handoffs to the Enforcer team, while coaching staff for peak performance

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in legal operations or debt collection with supervisory exposure.
• Experience as a Litigator or pre-judgment case manager is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, default and judgment practice.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and coach a team and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Litigators, allocating accounts and maintaining WIP within targets.
• Review escalations, ensure case progression from filing to judgment or liquidation.
• Coordinate with partner attorney offices and monitor case progress through to judgment.
• Audit correspondence and documentation for consistency and completeness.
• Coordinate handoffs to Enforcer team and ensure gap-free transitions.
