Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations within banking, EMI/PSP, brokerage, or exchange/custody.
• Strong understanding of controls, evidence, and audit trails.
• High attention to detail for reconciliations.
• Calm execution in handling incidents with precision.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations for deposits/withdrawals processing, approvals, and queue management.
• Perform reconciliations between ledger, wallet, and bank.
• Define and enforce SOPs and controls.
• Manage incidents with comprehensive triage and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with banks and PSPs on operational workflows.
