Job summary

Arbisoft in Lahore requires an IT hardware technician to install, configure, and sustain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You will diagnose and repair hardware faults and work with IT staff to resolve issues. The role also covers OS installation and post-OS app setup.

Candidates should handle laptops, desktops, servers, and MacBooks, and document tasks and troubleshooting steps. A bachelor’s degree in CS/IT is preferred, with onsite work for two months.

Qualifications

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues affecting system performance, connectivity, and compatibility.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace faulty components as needed.
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify and resolve complex hardware problems.

• Able to write Documentation related to tasks, How-To & Post-Troubleshooting steps.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite for 2 months.
