Job summary

Sapphire Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff, troubleshoot issues, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.

You will handle user account setups, password resets, routine maintenance, and documentation of issues, escalating complex cases as needed. The role also involves Active Directory tasks, onboarding new hires, and equipment management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of IT support/help desk/desktop experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
