Job summary
Dr. Zia Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide daily IT support to staff in Lahore. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment, manage LAN/Wi‑Fi, and oversee Windows updates and software maintenance.
You will support ERP and business software systems, manage user accounts, data backups, and assist with CCTV and biometric systems while ensuring IT security and data protection procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- 1–3 years IT experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows, and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of ERP, databases, and data backup.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
- Manage LAN/Wi‑Fi and basic network issues.
- Maintain Windows, software, and system updates.
- Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
