Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop/laptop, network and Wi‑Fi support at Sukkur campus.
• Configure desktops, laptops and applications on induction.
• Provide basic IT guidelines to new users.
• Ensure smooth running of applications at user devices.
• Provide printing and scanning support including basic printer diagnostics.
• Maintain IT assets inventory with tagging and provide daily support logs.
• Collaborate with line manager and assist in multiple IT operations.
