Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide first/second-line technical support, manage devices and systems, and assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and cloud infrastructure.

You will configure laptops/desktops, manage security and device compliance, and monitor network health including Cisco/SD-WAN. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, help desk, system administration, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting users in a Microsoft-based environment preferred.
• CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, or CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for Windows, software, hardware, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and IT equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Intune, Entra ID, MFA, BitLocker, Defender, and device compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networks, including Cisco switches, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, UniFi, and SD-WAN.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, account creation, device setup, access management, asset recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for Windows, software, hardware, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and IT equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Intune, Entra ID, MFA, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and device compliance.

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
