Job summary

Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations, guide helpdesk activities, and drive medium-scale technology deployments across sites in Pakistan.

You will manage vendor relationships, maintain IT documentation, control software licenses, and plan system upgrades to improve reliability and cost-efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and 3–5 years of IT experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and system administration.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team coordination role preferred.
• Experience in IT security practices, hardware and software troubleshooting, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations including infrastructure, network services, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and end-user support to maintain business continuity.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate ERP systems, business applications, hardware, software, and system integration support to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain IT security protocols including user access control, data backups, firewall management, and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Manage IT assets inventory, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Liaise with vendors to evaluate service quality, contractual commitments, and support costs to optimize IT expenditure.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and deployment of new technologies.
• Document IT operations through detailed records and reports to support audits and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements in IT service delivery to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Support fleet-related systems, warehouse operations, attendance systems, ERP integration, and provide IT support across sites, including travel as required.
