Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Urdu for written and spoken communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; ITIL/ Cisco/ Microsoft certifications desirable.
• 6 years of progressive experience in IT operations or service management with UN or international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware and software maintenance to keep IT services reliable.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Answer user queries and provide accurate information to staff.
