Job summary

Pintern is expanding and seeks an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple managed client environments.

You will oversee daily IT operations, SLA compliance, and incident management, while guiding infrastructure teams and driving ITIL-based improvements.

Responsibilities include managing Windows/Linux environments, cloud services, virtualization, networking, and maintaining high CSAT with reliable uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 Years (2–3 Years in MSP Required)
• Strong MSP background (2–3 years minimum)
• Experience with RMM, PSA & ticketing systems
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP
• Strong leadership & client communication skills
