Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise daily IT operations including infrastructure, network services, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and end-user support to maintain business continuity.
Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Coordinate ERP systems, business applications, hardware, software, and system integration support.
Maintain IT security protocols including access control, backups, firewall management and disaster recovery.
Manage IT assets inventory, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance.
Liaise with vendors to evaluate service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as upgrades and deployments.
Document IT operations with detailed records and reports for audits.
Identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
Support fleet-related systems and ERP integration across multiple sites including travel as required.
