Rozeegpt in Pakistan is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee helpdesk operations, manage IT infrastructure, and lead system upgrade projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE with 3–5 years in IT support and supervision, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills to optimize service delivery and minimize downtime.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily IT operations including infrastructure, network services, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and end-user support to maintain business continuity.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate ERP systems, business applications, hardware, software, and system integration support.
• Maintain IT security protocols including access control, backups, firewall management and disaster recovery.
• Manage IT assets inventory, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance.
• Liaise with vendors to evaluate service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as upgrades and deployments.
• Document IT operations with detailed records and reports for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
• Support fleet-related systems and ERP integration across multiple sites including travel as required.

In this role, the IT Supervisor monitors helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and contributes to IT projects involving system upgrades and technology deployments. Ideal candidate havingBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.along with3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and system administration.Previous experience in a supervisory or team coordination role will be preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining IT documentation, managing software licenses and equipment lifecycle, and optimizing IT expenditure by identifying areas to improve service delivery and reduce downtime. The role also requires coordination with vendors to monitor service quality and cost-effectiveness. Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, IT security practices, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities will be essential for success in this position.

• Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and deployment of new technologies.
• Document IT operations through maintaining detailed records and operational reports to support audit requirements and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements in IT service delivery to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Support fleet-related systems, warehouse operations, attendance systems, ERP integration, and provide IT support across multiple operational sites including travel as required.
