Zones – First Choice for IT is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver top-tier customer service, manage deployment schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will handle order processing, inventory understanding, and project tools usage in a fast-paced IT services environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business and strong communication skills, with a focus on meeting aggressive deadlines and working with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Administration or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and meet deadlines.
• Experience with deployment coordination and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes and schedules.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams via tools (CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, ServiceNow).
• Track order processing, quality checks, and shipment status.
• Work in a team environment and manage inventory concepts.
• Oversee project tools such as client dashboards and Smartsheets.
• Drive deployment requirements through Kinaxis and internal changes.
• Project coordination experience is a plus.
