Job summary

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, seeks an Order Management Specialist to drive the order lifecycle in PK. You will manage CRM cases, coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and vendors, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while developing standardized responses.

You will maintain SCRs, coach end users on submissions, and support month-end processes. A BA/BS and 2+ years in order or project management are required. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years experience in Order Management, Project Management or Customer Management.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and coach others.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Intake, triage, and execute order management activities via CRM cases.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and vendors to achieve client outcomes.
• Maintain standardized complete responses (SCRs) and draft new SCRs as needed.
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes and reporting.
• Coach case requestors to improve submissions and reduce unnecessary queries.
